The Product Management team works closely with our engineers to guide products from conception to launch. As part of the Product Management team, you bridge the technical and business worlds as you design services that our customers love. You'll work with members from Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to name just a few. You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze user needs.
• Help to define a product vision and strategy.
• Translate product strategy into details requirements and prototypes.
• Work with engineers to build and launch new features.
• Manage product backlog and release schedule.
• Work closely with the product implementation teams.
• Act as a product evangelist.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

 

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience leading entrepreneurial efforts, outreach within organizations and/or project management experience.
  • Coding experience in C++, Java, Python, or similar. Experience (coursework or projects) in data structures and algorithms.

Preferred qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy with a strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing strong leadership skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Evidence of strong scholastic ability and/or recognition within the industry; Interest in creating and analyzing products.
