This position provides the opportunity to work on multiple federal agencies, in support of large programs that fund the research, development, and demonstration of innovative technologies. You will work closely with your REI team and the customers on challenging and stimulating work assignments in leading-edge technology and service operations.

The Lead Management Analyst’s responsibilities will be heavily focused around data analytics, requiring an in-depth understanding of the business processes and proposed solution concepts that can address and meet the program’s business reporting needs. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
Conducting management and organizational studies involving analysis of specific programs, functions, and procedures.
Creating reports and visualizations using Tableau Desktop (publishing to Tableau Server), Salesforce, and by querying database (Access, SQL Server).
Interpreting historical data and analyzing results using statistical techniques.
Developing technology portfolios, reports and presentations, and determining sources and information needed to perform in-depth analysis.
Leading the team to develop and implement data analytics, visualizations, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and impactful reporting; driving the development of the same by closely working with external stakeholders and acting as a primary liaison with the development and testing teams to ensure proper knowledge transfer of all business needs and functional requirements.
Supporting testing activities for various toolsets in multiple environments.
Identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations based on the review of program administrative procedures.
Coordinating action items and program deliverables with client and project team.
Keeping abreast of program legislation and policy directives, and assisting client with developing and updating program policies and guidelines.


Minimum Qualifications:
Five+ years of experience in developing, analyzing, and evaluating methods and techniques to improve business processes, program processes, procedures, information systems, documentation, and similar functions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface with customers and technical professionals
Experience with requirements analysis and management
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with Tableau Desktop or similar BI Tools for creating data visualizations and reports
Tableau Server skills are a plus
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Demonstrated strong management consulting qualities (need ability to multi-task, deliver quality work products, anticipate client needs, etc.)
Interest in data management/data warehousing
U.S. citizenship preferred but not required
Travel may be required

Other similar professional duties maybe assigned as needed


Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required in statistics, MIS, business administration, systems analysis, engineering, or other related field. Three (3) years of direct experience may be substituted to fulfill degree requirements.
