    Responsibilities

    A Project Manager:

     

    Is the owner of customer-facing project delivery for IT solutions aimed at government – Federal, State, and Local
    Work with and through both functional and technical project team members to deliver solutions in an agile manner
    Understands project requirements from both a business and a technical stand point and serves as the liaison between business users and the project team
    Demonstrate leadership skills to manage project resources and cultivate strong customer relationships
    Able to manage contractual, financial, and personnel related issues associated with project delivery
    People-centric leadership. Assist in recruitment, mentoring team members, and training.
    Growth DNA. Support proposal development, new customer demos, and other pre-sales activities
    Develop knowledge articles and other pieces of thought leadership to advance REI’s positioning
    Work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with limited process and procedure
     Required Experience/Skills

    Candidate should have at 3-5 years of professional team building experience supporting / managing projects
    Prior experience supporting new business development or proposal development activities
    Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Qualifications

    Education/Training

    A bachelor's degree in economics, business, marketing, statistics, or mathematics is required.


    Prior employment at a management / strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey & Company, BCG, Bain, etc.) is strongly preferred.
