We are looking for an associate level who can learn from our team and grow into a full People Analyst!

    Responsibilities

    As a People Analyst with REI you will do the following:

     

    In general, for this role:

    • Build strong relationships and collaborate with various teams to solve organizational problems, empower REI and its employees
    • Promote and be a steward of employee branding
    • Proactively seek out ways to improve the candidate experience and employee journey
    • Ideate, champion and execute employee engagement activities
    • Budget planning/tracking for different types of events
    • Contribute to corporate communications by writing(creating), editing and sending company-wide messages
    • Step in to contribute and support other team members with their initiatives

    Areas of focus for this specific opening:  

    • Establish relationships with local colleges and universities to create a future pipeline
    • Be the primary POC for TA related activities and events
    • Expand and grow the internship program
    • Continue and create events for attracting passive candidates
    • Work with the marketing team to solidify our employer brand
    • Enhance the candidate experience
    • Documentation of talent related activities

    You have:

    • 2-4 years of professional experience
    • A 4-year degree (marketing, business, psychology, communications, or a similar/related field)
