  • Overview

    We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, your strong analytic skills and ability to solve challenges with technology will make an impact on our government clients’ critical missions, improving millions of lives across the globe.


    • Deploy code, static files, and/or databases by request to the staging environment and sync static files and databases among environments
    • Analyze problems such as user requirements, input data and form, output data and form, available computer configuration, processing, and turnaround time requirements
    • Evaluate, test, and manage configuration that supports the software development process
    • Plan, conduct, and direct systems projects by applying your advanced computer systems knowledge
    • Research systems analysis methodology and create a repository of such information in electronic format for re-use
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge in the development of client/server and internet applications that utilize a n-tier architecture and graphical user interface
    • Exercise independent judgement and creativity on a regular basis in solving highly complex technical problems and in providing guidance and recommendations
    • Provide technical direction to up to 3 or more professional and/or technical persons on an assigned project
    • Other similar professional duties assigned as needed


    • At least 5 years of experience in overall software development with concentration in areas of structured analysis, design methodologies/tools, and/or object-oriented principles
    • At least 5 years of experience developing in a client/server or 3 years in a distributed architecture environment in the areas of MS or web-based applications
    • Strong knowledge of API development using technology such as Spring Boot, Node, Python, and PHP
    • Working knowledge of Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows® Server or other web servers and/or application servers such as Tomcat
    • Strong knowledge of front-end development, including JSPs, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Form submissions, CSS, SCSS, Less, Typescript, Angular, React, and performance optimizations
    • Strong knowledge of Database design and SQL query construction, such as database scripts, views, and stored procedures
    • Knowledge of design methodology case and analysis tools, ER diagrams, data flow analysis, relational database design, and documentation standards to provide object-oriented analysis, design, and programming
    • Experience in delivering software as part of an Agile team
    • Experience in developing DevOps solutions using Chef, Jenkins, and/or infrastructure as code
    • Experience in delivering software test automation
    • Docker experience is a plus
    • Technical bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a related field required
    • Employer will accept a suitable combination of education, training or experience
