    Responsibilities

    As an Test Engineer you will

    • Perform business/system/quality requirements analysis and review
    • Identify the testable requirements and prepare the test strategy for each of the testing types identified
    • Write comprehensive test plans for functional, regression, acceptance and stress testing
    • Produced high-quality test cases that do not require rework.
    • Ensure 100% requirements coverage in test cases.
    • Perform thorough testing through functional, regression, integration, performance, ad-hoc, 508 compliance, and other testing areas as needed
    • Developed high-quality test strategy document
    • Developed and reviewed test cases / automation scripts
    • Developed test data, test harness, test automation scripts, as required
    • Design and develop automated test scripts for Regression testing
    • Support UAT preparation activities
    • Assist in post-production support-such as end-users support; troubleshooting of issues on relevant production like environment
    • Utilize test tools, including TFS, LoadRunner, SoapUI and others

    Other similar professional duties maybe assigned as needed

    Qualifications

    • Candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience with software or web application testing, preferably .NET
    • 2 year experience with SQL
    • 1 year experience with Selenium
    • He/she should be proficient in assisting in developing test strategy, test plan and test cases for complex domain models such as workflow oriented, data migration and web-based applications.
    • Detail oriented, capable of working under limited direction toward predefined objectives, and have ability to independently determine and develop solutions.
    • Candidate must possess sharp analytical and excellent communication skills
    • Experience with 508 Compliance and ADA standards
    • Experience in FDA systems - OCI, Imports, SIRCE would be a plus

    Education and Training

    A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, physics, communications, engineering, math or related field is required
    An advanced degree in communications, computer science, or related discipline may be substituted for two years of experience
    Employer will accept a suitable combination of education, training or experience
