    Looking for a highly-motivated individual to fill the role of Business Analyst.


    Functional responsibilities include: 

    • Defines and leads the vision for the requirements and customer engagement phase of the project lifecycle
    • Identifies efficiencies in work processes and instills a work smart vs. work hard attitude
    • Mentors junior business analysts
    • Participates and drives the requirements eliciting sessions with the customer and other stakeholders
    • Participates in analysis and design of the proposed solutions - facilitates the development of multiple solution options to address the business needs
    • Identifies and understands customer expectations as part of the requirements gathering process
    • Acts as the primary point of contact for all communication needs during the requirements gathering phase with the customer
    • Ensures that the proposed solution concepts are aligned with existing enterprise framework solution
    • Works with Application programmers to develop proposed solution prototypes in an iterative manner
    • Prepares project documentation including meeting minutes, business process documents and other process workflow diagrams as required
    • Acts as the SME for the business domain and conduct/manage the knowledge transfer with the testing and development teams
    • Assists the development and testing teams during the execution phase with functional expertise as required
    • Assists the implementation team in conducting the User Acceptance Testing of the developed solution
    • Assists the project manager/project lead with project related activities as necessary

    All interested applicants will be required to provide artifacts – requirements documentation from previous project(s) that may include user stories, user requirements, business process documents, UAT scenarios, etc.


    Other similar professional duties may be assigned as needed.


    • 4 + years' of experience working in a fast-paced agile environment
    • Experience in the areas of requirements elicitation, definition, analysis, and preparing requirements documentation
    • Relevant experience working with web-based applications and modern web technologies
    • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects (if required) and good documentation skills
    • Good analytical thinking skills and a team player
    • Hands-on experience with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
    • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills 
    • Experience with JIRA is a plus
    • Knowledge of any Requirements Management tool is a plus
    • CSM or any Agile Scrum Certification is a plus
    • Experience with Tableau is a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree in business and management, information systems, computer science, or other related field
    • Master’s degree in related field may be substituted for three years’ experience
