    REI Systems is seeking a TBM Analyst to join our Advisory Service practice and play an active role in our growing TBM practice.  You can be a TBM Analyst anywhere, but at REI your work will be transformational. Influence the solution!

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the senior analyst and other subject matter professionals in gathering, validating, and documenting various system information and needs
    • Develop operational and financial models, dashboards, and management reports
    • Make adjustments to the cost model as the company changes and needs mature 
    • Import, transform, and rationalize data from systems of record such as General Ledger, procurement systems, and other related systems
    • Perform any changes required to loads, modeling or reports as required, and manage incidents, changes and releases for the cost modeling solution
    • Operationalize data monthly by loading, validating, and reviewing on a timely basis

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of related experience in Data Analytics
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
    • Expert level in MS Excel, Proficient in MS Access, ITFM systems is a plus
    • Ability to analyze data, recognize errors, diagnose causes, and develop plans for error correction
    • Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for solving interesting, impactful, national problems
    • Excellent partnership skills with the ability to build trust and strong partnerships internally and with a focus on enhancing customer outcomes
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, quality and professionalism
    • Ability to work well in team environments of varying composition, personalities, roles and responsibilities
    • Ability to interact with and present to professionals and executives in both industry and government, of varying levels up through the “C-Suite”
    • Exceptional oral, presentation and written communication skills 
    • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
    • Certified Technology Business Management Executive (CTBME®), preferred
    • Knowledge of Federal Government financial management, preferred
