REI is looking for an Appian Consultant to design and implement industry-focused, integrated solutions leveraging the entire Appian Technology Platform of solutions. As an Appian Consultant, you will be a key leader for the business of consulting as well as the business of our clients. REI’s growth trajectory ensures that Appian Consultants will immediately impact customer interaction and team development, working closely with our clients and REI core members. Not only do REI developers become experts at building process applications on the Appian software, they also become business process experts in the various client industries they work.
How you’ll contribute:
Work directly with project stakeholders throughout the entire life-cycle of projects to define, design, and implement business process based solutions
Drive adoption by empowering clients to become self-sufficient with building process applications on their own
Design and implement solutions with Appian software and provide demonstrations to clients.
independently interface with client technical teams and business owners as needed during the design and implementation
Other similar professional duties maybe assigned as needed
1-3 years’ experience developing enterprise software applications
Minimum of 1 year of experience with all aspects of the Appian technology platform
Experience in developing/implementing, testing and deployment in Appian environments
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments
Great communication skills
Ability to work with key client stakeholders to define business processes and gather techno-functional system requirements.
Demonstrated past success in cross-functional roles with complete lifecycle implementations
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business or equivalent background
Superior academic achievement with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Current Appian Designer Certification or Lead Designer Certification required
Minimum A-Score of 35 required
