REI Systems is looking for a Project Manager with proven experience using project management frameworks and Agile development methodologies. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products through software testing principles, test automation, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving. Your contributions will make an impact on the critical missions of our government clients, solving challenges that aim to improve millions of lives across the globe. 


  • Support the Program Manager with all aspects of project management from planning through execution and strive to meet product delivery, quality, and budget goals; 
  • Interact with teams in a multi-vendor environment to plan and implement projects, define tasks, and manage timelines while tracking deliverables; 
  • Prepare status, financial, and other compliance reports as per contractual requirements; 
  • Ensure security clearances, onboarding and offboarding, training, and certifications of team as per contract requirements; 
  • Support asset management activities (hardware, software, and Government furnished equipment); 
  • Support the configuration management process, project delivery needs, and identifying training and personnel needs; 
  • Develop and maintain Project Management Plan; 
  • Compliance and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) 
  • Work with the government product owners, and serve as a proxy product owner as required, to develop roadmaps, releases plans, and sprints; 
  • Serve as a scrum master; 
  • Establish solid working relationships with Government POC's and become an SV&V domain expert to deliver successfully on program goals and position REI as a thought leader on the program. 


  • U.S. citizenship required; 
  • Must be able to obtain a Government security clearance; 
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or related position; 
  • 5+ years of experience in the IT field; 
  • Proven experience using project management frameworks and Agile development methodologies; 
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA Platform, ServiceNow, Wiki, SharePoint, MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project; 
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high visibility, challenging projects successfully; 
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills; 
  • Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks under strict deadlines; 





  • A bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, information systems, or related field is desired; 
  • An advanced degree in communications, computer science, or related discipline may be substituted for two years of experience; 
  • PMI PMP certification a plus; 
  • ITIL certification a plus;
