Project Overview: Supports the Open Government and Science and Technology Business Unit


Position Overview:Support the business unit lead in administering the business unit’s operations, including planning events, facilitating communication, generating reports on various aspects of the business, helping monitor budgets and other business metrics, and creating more efficient processes


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, quality and professionalism
  • Experience analyzing data using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in MS Office Suite and ability to master similar productivity tools.
  • Experience with knowledge management and collaboration portals, such as SharePoint
  • Willingness to perform a wide array of activities ranging from administrative support, to coordination and basic management
  • 2-3 years experience in a position with similair responsibilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, communication, or related discipline preferred. A suitable combination of education, training or experience will be accepted.

Location/Remote: Hybrid 1 day in the Sterling office location
