Position Overview:
The Director, with expertise in federal IT contracting and DoW growth programs, will oversee strategic growth efforts for high-value opportunities (individually over $50 million) within DoW. This role combines capture management and long-term account growth strategy. The Director will guide REI’s approach to capturing new opportunities.
The Director will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for REI’s DoW and federal accounts, advising on market trends, customer needs, competitive intelligence, and strategic growth. They will play a hands-on role in both capturing new business ensuring alignment with client objectives and REI’s operational capabilities.
