Project Overview:
Senior Capture Managers at REI Systems plays a vital role in driving the company’s growth within federal IT contracting, with a strong focus on Department of Commerce, USPTO, USDA, GSA, and other federal civilian customers.This role is responsible for leading opportunity pursuits through the full capture lifecycle—from opportunity identification and qualification to proposal development and award. The Capture Manager will manage and pursue opportunities ranging from $10M–$50M+, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build competitive strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and support successful program delivery.
