Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, configuring, testing, and implementing Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions and help translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, and platform configuration.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, deployments, documentation, and application support.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other team members throughout the software development lifecycle.

Other similar professional duties maybe assigned as needed

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of software development experience, including internships or academic/project experience.
  • Exposure to Salesforce configuration or development is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming and technologies such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
  • Interest in developing expertise in Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, and integrations.
  • Exposure to relational databases, SQL, APIs, or integration concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative development environment.
  • Salesforce Trailhead experience or certifications are a plus.

The successful candidate will demonstrate curiosity, strong technical fundamentals, and a willingness to learn. Over time, this individual will take ownership of increasingly complex Salesforce development assignments while building expertise in Salesforce application development, integrations, automation, and modern software engineering practices.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Clearance: Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Clearance.

Location: Hybrid (2 Day per week in our Sterling, VA HQ)
